Night Market Festival
This summer spend time with friends and family at a concert in Forsyth’s historic downtown square. This event is family-friendly and features music from Atlanta’s Premier cover band, Velvet Runway will be playing hits from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes! Did we mention that the concert is free?

Georgia State Championship - GA Sporting Clay Assocation
Calling all recreational Clay Shooters. Beginner or advanced. Join us for a weekend of shooting sporting clay. 200 Target Main event, 100 TargetPreliminary Event, 100 Target FITASC Event, 100 Target Super Sporting Event, 50 Target Sub-Gauge Events. There will be over $50,000 in prizes of cash and guns.

Independence Day! We are so excited that we do celebrate it early! Bring the kids and join us at The Monroe County Parks and Recreation Department Complex one day early on Friday, July 3rd and let’s kick this summer off with a bang. American Clown Academy
The American Clown Academy is an all-inclusive training experience with a wide variety of North America’s premier authorities in clowning. The ACA is in Forsyth, just 45 minutes south of Atlanta. Experience everything from dance choreography to proper pie-throwing technique, hospital clowning to circus clowning.

The Big Top Show
Join the Monroe County Fine Arts Center for “The Big Top Show.” Admission is $5 and will include free balloon animals and face painting and over 100 internationally acclaimed clowns!
